Insight Outsight is a collective of expert consultants, each with extensive practical expertise grounded in deep theoretical knowledge, and an ongoing commitment to academic endeavours. Our consultants work across a range of disciplines including consulting, professional coaching, learning strategies and social frameworks to achieve one goal: to help create open systems to initiate sustainable change.

While each consultant also operates their own practice, we have combined our efforts and significant knowledge to develop approaches to organisational change that best fit our clients: not imposing pre-packaged, or presumptive solutions to your organisation and expecting you to fit in somehow.

 

Robert Dore

Picture of Robert Dore As the Director and Co-Founder of Insight Outsight, Robert’s strength lies in his unique understanding of personal learning styles and growth, and how these factors drive organisational transformation.

He brings extensive organisational experience through his work establishing greenfield business, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, managing complex organisational change and strategic planning across many different industry sectors, working with all levels of management including boards.

 

Paul Dunstone

Picture of Paul Dunstone To the Insight Outsight consortium, Paul brings 18 years of consulting and 15 years of teaching innovation management along with expertise in continuous improvement through his work in various panels.

He works extensively as an organisation development consultant with expertise in change and human dynamics, and the development of individual and organisational learning strategies.

He brings expertise deep understanding of working with senior executive teams both as groups and individually to influence development.

 

James Ford

Picture of James Ford James brings many years experience as an academic teaching leadership and management using action based methodologies, and these approaches have underpinned his some 20 years of consulting work.  His key focus in working with executives is to build competence and help them realise their leadership potential.  

James works with individuals and groups to pinpoint where change is needed and to co-design actions to make it happen.  He then travels alongside of organisational change makers, using action research to help them draw out key learnings about change and leadership as they go.

 

Dr. Tricia Hiley (PhD)

Picture of Tricia HileyTricia has extensive experience as an adult educator, coach and mentor, organisation change consultant, quality practitioner and small business owner.  Tricia’s core expertise includes leadership development, appreciative inquiry, creating learning moments and spaces in life and work, developing frameworks for social, environmental and personal sustainability and integrating action-based learning with theory

She brings a wealth of knowledge of action learning that sees her develop reflective practices for business leaders that facilitate appreciative and integrative conversations. Tricia’s approach to organisational learning and change facilitation incorporates leadership development through the application of ontological coaching

 

Bronwyn Thomas
